I recently was checking for more hidden cookies and viruses after scaning with emissoftanti-malware when i found this csrss.exe

ident cache etc don't know what it is and my computer is still slow and freezing i don't know what else to do anymore my pc is running normal should i put it in safe mode?:idea:

What should i remove in TASK MANAGER processes, MSConfig service startup , FOLDERS and in REGISTRY EDITOR?
