please Help major issue here

hi i have a problem that i need help with. everytime i open up a window an i move it to the right side of my screen it disappears to the right as if it was leaving out the side of the screen. ive tryed uninstalling the programs which have done this but when i reinstall same thing happens. i can open the programs but cant see it folder or anything becuase its stuck over on the right please help

It almost sounds like your computer is stuck in dual monitor mode.

What OS are you using? What graphics card?
