Preoblema Samsung CDRW / DVD SM-352b

I have a problem since last night: I open my computer and I do not see the icon for the CD / DVD discs, nor virtual (do not know if that is your name, but it is what is done with Daemon q).

+ 3 SAME FROM ABOVE (XN343...)

DO NOT LIKE TO CORRECT THESE PROBLEMS
