My Programs Cannot Connect to Internet

My Kazaa, Msn Messager , Shockwave update etc cant connect to the internet. My IE works fine but the other have not worked for 2 weeks now


PLEASE HELP

What did you do to your computer about two weeks ago? Do you have a firewall? Do you use a router? Do you use something like ZoneAlarm? Do you use anything like Norton Antivirus?

Maybe if you could provide us with very detailed information about what you running and changes you might have made a few weeks ago, it could help us help you better.
