Reasons to move to Windows 2003 server from NT 4.0 Server

Will anyone give me some reasons or point me to a webpage that show me the reasons to move to Windows 2003 server from an old NT 4.0 server? I guess I like to know some of the security problems, holes, or threat by running NT 4.0 server so I can determine if Windows 2003 server is really an improved for our organization. There are some really good reasons about Windows 2003 server, but I have not read much of the problems that NT 4.0 server poses. If there is a list comparing the two together, that will excellent.

I don't know of a web page, and I'm not about to look when you can
certainly google as well as anyone. But I wanted to say, that this is
almost like asking to compare Win95 to XP...it's the same timelines if you
think about it.

1. Active Directory - which alone, would be reason enough to me
