Reassigning Drive Letters

Currently, I have:

C: Main drive
D: CD ROM
E: 2nd Drive
F: 3rd Drive

I want:

C: Main drive
D: 2nd Drive
E: 3rd Drive
F: CD ROM

How do I achieve this grandiose change? :roll:

Okay, I found the solution on my own. It is under PERFORMANCE AND CONTROL PANEL / MAINTENANCE / ADMINISTRATOR TOOLS / COMPUTER MANAGER / DISK MANAGER

May those who invented this sub-menu system rot in hell. Amen.

Or right click on my computer and go to manage it has event viewer, device manager, disk management and lots more.
