My friends Dell crashed and I told him that i would recover everthing off of the hard drive. I installed the HD into my computer and now I am trying to recover his e-mail addressses from outlook. There was no backup file made (.pst file) so i am stuck! Is there a way for me to recover his e-mail addresses?

I am damn sure that .pst file is already geneated but you are not well enough to find it out.

Search it again though option-->mail setup-->data files

Hi,

You can try a tool called Advanced Outlook Repair to repair your PST file. It is a powerful tool to recover messages, folders and other objects from corrupt or damaged Microsoft Outlook PST files.

Detailed information about Advanced Outlook Repair can be found at http://www.datanumen.com/aor/
