Reporting a trespasser

Ok I have Norton Internet security 2003, And almost 3 times a week I get a trojan attack, of course the Norton will block it and then tell me where does this attack comes from, and it gives me the location where the attacker comes from... now I was wondering how can I report this dude to the authorities?

*lol -- I get as many as 2 dozen of those a day. All the email addresses are spoofed anyway. I just delete them and go on with life.
