Save As menu

No clue how to do this one...

The objective of this potential lil escapade is to add a folder to my defaul "Save As" folders that appear on the left side of my Win2k when I click Save.

Currently as you know...History,Desktop,MyComputer,MyDocument,MyNetwork appear. I would like to add a folder that I use like 99% of the time. Right now there's a shortcut from my desktop. So when saving I have to click desktop then the folder I want. Not tooo out of my way, but when I save, probably 1000 times a day...It'd be nice to avoid that extra step.

Anyone w/ a clue where to start?

Thanx JrzyCrim. I googled it myself...but all I got were a bunch of 'hacker' site people bragging about stupid shi* they did. Anyways...that's awesome thanks for the link!
