Anyone Know a good software that scan floppy disk for error and trying to recover the bad sectors.

I don't really know how good these free ones are. I haven't really had the need for a floppy disk recovery util. This is what I turned up with google. You might search for others if none of these seem to help. Of course, if the disk is really bad off, nothing will save it.

Also, you might try chkdsk a: /r from a command prompt.
