My daughters laptop has a Blue SECURITY TOOL WARNING that is popping up and asking to buy a virus tool . How can i get rid of it?

Try to uninstall the toolbar from Control Bar.Upon failure try to remove it using uninstaller option available in the software called "CCleaner".
