Serious windows issues help would be amazing

For the last 3 days i've been searching the web because of my recent and unexpected issues with my computer. My toolbar icons on the bottom left are unable to be used and anything minimized there is not shown only a blank spot is put in its place, also i am unable to open my task manager or install adaware which seems to be a very important key in fixing many of these issues i do however have my hijackthis log if anybody is able to help or give any advice please let me know thanks!

^^^^ That one needs to be deleted. There are other things that I would do which aren't necessary but I think would help secure your system. In my opinion, toolbars and BHOs are not secure. Some of the BHOs are related to valid programs. For example, if you aren't subscribed to McAfee and Norton, or any Symantec products, I would uninstall them. They are only good if you can update them on a weekly basis.

Along with the entry Don2007 listed above I would get rid of these:


svchost.exe should not run in that folder.

awesome thank you, my only issue is it wont allow me to delete C:\WINDOWS\system32\ujnqfyrs.dll it says that it is in use should i go into safe mode and delete it? and where would i find the second file? Also how do i got about making it run in a different folder?

To get into Safe Mode, reboot your PC and press F8 while restarting. Run HiJack This while in Safe Mode and select the entries we listed about and click the fix button on HiJack This. That should fix you up.
