"Services.exe application error. The instruction at "0x37001160" referenced memory at "0x37001160". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program, click cancel to debug the program"

destop is not come...

when i start the pc then this error come

how can i solve this error

Try F8 & choose last known good config or safe mode.

The Services.exe can be because of some virus if it is coming on startup because the right term is services.msc

If you are using Xp what you can check if the there is any item written under data execution prevention, for this :

Click Start, click Run, type sysdm.cpl, and then click OK.
Click the Advanced tab, click Performance, and then click Settings.
In Performance Options, click the Data Execution Prevention tab.
If you can see services.exe in the list click on it and select remove the apply and OK
When you are prompted to restart your computer, click OK

What I did to solve this issue was to uninstall Dell's Embassy Trust Suite. This resolved all of the System shutdown prompt.
