Guys i got a serious problem in my pc.I just found a trojan in my pc and deleted it using kaspersky 2010 internet security.Then i ran chkdsk using /f parameter in cmd as it said to do it to correct errors.After chkdsk completes it reboots,then again chkdsk appers i cancelled it.Then comes the blue screen of death.I tried to repair it by using windows xp sp3 proffessional edition but still same story.

MY SPECS:-

Dell vostro 420
Xp SP3

Once again anti virus programs prove to be worthless. Did you try F8 to go to safe mode.

It sounds like you need to do a clean install.
