Ok so here we go guys, I just found out that you can actually download and change the theme of Wind. XP  (Like I was living under a roock) well l download this one theme I liked from this cite http://www.themexp.org
So I was reading over the instructions of instalation and I had to do some changes and replace some files and all and shut... a lot of stuff to do. Well anyways I was going through this tutorial http://www.jonmega.com/~iceman/vs/insta ... ctions.php and in the tutorial it said I had to change some file in the dllcache folder but the problem is that I can't find the folder. It was suppousted to be located inside the system 32 folder but no luck.

Well anyways has any of ya all been through this process before??

you shouldn't have to do anything like that. why don't you
check out http://www.themexp.org a little more thoroughly because
they have both an FAQ section, as well as a How-to. That's
the first place I would look.
