I need to know if it's possible to register the W32TM service on a non-PDC so I can use it as a test NTP server. I want to point test PC's to this bogus time server. I will control the time on the bogus time server. Windows 2003 Standard Server. Is it possible? Will it screw up my domain time? Thanks in advance! :D

Your NTP server does not have to be a PDC. We actually use an external time clock but our PDC is set to get the time from that and the rest of the domain gets it from the PDC.
