PC is sluggish HJT log included

Hello My friend's PC was running very slow and it would take about 5 minutes to boot. I removed some programs like wild tangent and weather bug.

I also ran crap cleaner and some anti spyware tools.
I defraged and used MSconfig to prevent some programs from starting.

Now the computer boots up pretty fast but the problem is when its running it still seems very sluggish. For instance if you click on internet explorer or any other program it sometimes it will hessitate for about 4-6 seconds. it does this quite often. and there are no other apps open.
I ran sfc.exe and it still does the same thing.

This is the only entry you can remove with hijack This but I seriously doubt it will solve your issues.

One thing you can do is download Process Explorer and investigate your running processes and see if it is any of them that is causing the sluggishness.

It sounds to me like you have done everything I would have done to eliminate unnecessary programs and services.
