I cannot go end task a pogram (nothing to click to get in it)anymore and does not have the blue bar on the top (to exit)can anybody help me thank you

Yea you got WAY too many tasks there going ! ? lol
Then run ad-adware,spybot ,and highjack this and
your anti-virus software ..see what might be going on .

That's Task Manager's 'tiny footprint mode'. Double-click anyware around the border to return it to normal.
