Hello folks, bout to go crazy, My email address, and multiple online accounts have become compromised, after three weeks of trying to find a solution to this, I stumbled upon hijack this, but for the life of me have neither the time nor know how to interpret it.

Here's the log if anybody has the time or desire to assist me. :) My kids are going insane and it would be quite helpful if someone with know how could help.

(edit: working on the steps I missed, sorry bout that, bad headache atm))

Regard,

Kisraga

You can delete what I've listed below but your system still may not run well because there are some system files missing. If that happens, try a system restore or replace the system32 directory. At last resort do a repair install or a clean install.

Alrighty: I ended up with a system restore, however this enabled me to follow the proper procedures and actually get ad-aware to work on my system: This is the updated log file, if anyone has some spare time to see if its safe yet or not.

Sorry for the doublecheck: I wanted to clean as much as I could and run proper before making any changes.

The trojans are gone but you still need to replace the system32 directory.

Just to make you aware of something, you had Kaspersky, Spy Bot, Spyware Doctor, Dell Data Safe & Adaware but your PC still was infected. What does that tell you?

How do I replace the system32 directory?
The only reason I'm still confused about the system32 directory is that I reset my system to factory settings and haven't noticed any problems whatsoever. Not that I would, I guess, it still is keeping me stumped though.

As for what it tells me, I don't know what it tells me to be honest, if I did I wouldn't require assistance.

Also, I have reason to believe I was infected before I put Spyware doctor on. If that's the case I was not protected at the time with anything except mcafee, Which I believed would have been safe enough, given that It was dell sponsored and I paid for it. :(

Also did a system restore as previously stated, I don't know any other way to restore the system32 directory.

Last time I considered myself tech savvy was in '97. So please bear with me.

I sincerely thank you for the assistance you've given me thus far, and appreciate the time it must have taken to look through all that mumbo jumbo.

I was trying to tell you that anti virus programs are basically worthless.

In any event, if you don't have any problems now, wait awhile. See what happens. What version of Windows is it & do you have the CD?
