Cowkiller -- if those don't work, you could check here too -- http://www.modem-drivers.com/companies/247.htm

There are several for 11252-11 but I didn't see anything specific for 11252-15. May or may not help, but at least gives you another resource if all else fails.

It's OK -- I just didn't think you were looking at how old those posts really are.

ftp://ftp.us.dell.com/comm/R64868.EXE Heres your driver. I had the same problem man, This one works great. If that one dont work try this one ftp://ftp.us.dell.com/comm/R68591.EXE . Both are courtesy of Dell, but im sure one of them is for the cx1252-15 chip modem. Its a conexant. Made for dell.......Bitches......

Umm I know this may be a bit past date but haven't seen a response saying whether the last idea worked or didn't so here is my idea..
Manufacturer's Website has generic drivers including some for 98SE. Here is a link to the driver download page. Your modem appears to be of the HSF type.
http://www.conexant.com/support/md_driverdownload.jsp

If you've already gotten it workin great :) I know how difficult it can be to find drivers for hardware at times, I've had lots of fun myself doing it. Not just for something like 98 but support discontinued hardware such as my father in law's scanner(And Motorola SM56 modems too). Thanks to Dell for that one :)

Scrap this, didn't read the post quite properly and didn't notice it wasn't 98SE, and only driver on there for his is for 98SE.
