stop error inaccessable boot device

i have a firend who keeps getting this error inside windows XP. Pccillin warned them about adware and had an option to shutdown internet acces they clicked it by mistake. had to restart and then got this error and were never able to get into windows since . she has important files that need to be saved. any feedback would be apreciated

This is how to troubleshoot the error. You'll need to follow the steps Microsoft laid out, because it could be a variety of things.
