Stuck installing vista pack 1

have new lap top TOSHIBA then i tried to install vista on it but when the installation came to the COMPLETING INSTALLATION it got stuck and stays there. left my laptop running almost 4hrs still there in that state. please help me. i cant use my laptop. thanks

The subject line says you were installing SP1 but the message body says you were installing Vista. Either way, I don't think you can do anything other than reboot it.

Set the BIOS to defaults and try the install again.
