TASM IDE SYSTEM ERROR

Hello!
I have Tasm IDE and whem i try to run it it appears:
System Error &H8007007E (-2147024770). The specified module could not be found. ...
What it could be?? I tried Google to seek answer but it dont help.
I know that there was a similar problem few topics earlier bit none of theese answears resolve main problemo.

I'm just curious, when you say TASM IDE do you mean a free IDE which wraps say Borlands turbo assembler ?

In which case I suggest just do a reinstall of the product and/or made sure you have downloaded and installed the linker and complier correctly from Borland to go with the IDE.

and in the unlikely event I've guessed right I also award you ten bonus points for most hardcore programming product likely to get mentioned on a webmaster forum. ;-)

It cant be reinstalled becouse its just archive that u unpack to the c:/tasm/bin and run .
Does anybody can solve it or i must just reinstall windows?
