On my brothers house I have build a small network consists of

ADSL connection, 2 PCs, one is the main and is sharing the connection with the second PC, I know what is the IP of the PC, the second PC(which is the client) is having this IP 192.168.0.45

I need to telenet to that PC(client) is that possible.

if not, is there any way of doing this.
Thanks.

It's possible if that server is running a telnet daemon.

Why would you want to bother with telnet then?

If you want to control them remotely, just use a variant of VNC.
