Terminal Services licenses

Hi, I have installed a terminal server in mode "Application server" and I want to configure the clients to access directly to the specified application, however when I access I receive a message "you have exeeded the number of allowed connections" will you please tell me how to install licences for the clients to avoid this problem ?
