xp themes for 98

does anyone know were i can get a program that makes windows 98 look like xp? i searched google but the only thing that came up wasn't free

I believe you can use up to Windowblinds 3.5 with 98,
If you want the XP Luna type themes, In short if you want to make W98 look like XP (Classic or Luna) you need both Object Bar and WindowBlinds to do so. Just go thru the windowblind library and choose the ones that don't say XP support. But they all will work on 98. You just don't get the XP start menu look.
