Help! We use Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 and just received the following message:

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.
<mail.frrwtrust.com #5.5.0 smtp;550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable>

Can someone give me some ideas as to why & how to fix the problem, if possible?

Thanks!

The problem isn't on your end. It's on the recipient's end, unless you typed the email address wrong. It could be that the user no longer works there or that his mailbox is full.

I get this when our ISP is having issues. Call and get an ETR or just wait.
