This errors getting on my nerves

I downloaded this program from the internet, and when i tried to run it, it had written: bla bla is not a valid win32 application. What's going on. Anyone know.

Yeah, it's not a valid Win32 application :)

Usually this means it's an app for another operating system, or is infected with some kind of virus/trojan.

It's movie joiner. A program which joins several avi files together to make one big movie/file. I downloaded the setup for it and that error come up when i tried to run the setup file. I tried using compatibility program on my computer but it still didn't work. So, yeah

As Axe said, check if the software is compatible with your OS.

Could you try downloading it onto your computer and see if the setup executes. it only akes about 10 secs on a 56k v90 modem

The file is compressed with UPX packer. Try downloading it again, and if you still can't get it to work, go to http://upx.sourceforge.net/ and download UPX and unpack it, and then try. I doubt it will have any effect but it is worth a try

Perhaps there is another virus interferring with the installation. I had a virus at one time that blocked certain exe. files. Just something u might want to check out. :)
