have 2 xp's installed...how do i remove one?

hey freakyp, thanks for your help! I do have a problem with the partitioning part, I've no clue how to do that, I'm a beginner & need some help with that. How do you partition a hard drive & create a boot disk?

well, make a boot disk, start you computer with it and format the partition that you dont want, then you'll have a new blank partition to put whatever you want on it....

As long as its on another partition, you should just be able to go into disk management and reformat the extra partition there.

Rclick my computer, manage, disk management

I would go with bigcheez suggestion, It is easier and you have a lot of options, you can also merge the partition to your existing one.
