Touch screen and Windows

Does anyone use a touch screen with Win 7 or Vista and how do you like it? I was thinking about buying a monitor with a touch screen in the near future.

I have a friend who owned a touchscreen laptop with Vista on it... what was your question?

It still has a mouse so it doesn't alter any usability. Kind of nice.

The screen got dirty quick though (He didn't use the stylus)... I think he sold it after a little bit of use. He never told me why though.
