hi
I keep receving programs downloaded themselves into my computer, do you think there is anyway that you can keep track of the recent programs downloaded, what I mean is that , is there a program that can detect any new programs getting into the computer.
thanks

Sure - Go to add/remove software and compare notes from the last time you looked. But if you remove the culprit program that's downloading all your spyware/adware stuff without you knowing about it to begin with(i.e. Kazaa, Limewire, etc...you probably won't have to worry about figuring it out.)

Also, do spyware/adware/virus scans.
Getting rid of illegal music software and other such programs is a sure fire way of keeping this type of thing from happening though......... If you like it enough to waste time downloading it, buy it instead. Its the right thing to do.
