Recently my problem began with my ram card, when some of the teeth melted off into the slot, so after screwing with that for awhile, while my hdd was disconnected, i got pissed off and bought a new board, processor, and ram chipset. Well now i plug it all in and blah blah...i start up my comp and windows xp...starts to load, then restarts and it does this continously...and then goes to the "saftey" menu....im tired of THIS BUL*&%^! i need to figure out how to just f&^%ing erase windows xp completly....and start over.... severe help needed..... >D arg....

You must reinstall windows or format and reinstall.
You can't use the same installation that you used on a different system (motherboard/chipset, etc.)
