urgent LCS 2003 RTCsrv

hi... 
am trying to install Lice communication server 2003, on win2003 server..
trying to make the prep=schema as in the docs so went to
run
c:\setup\i386\rtcsrv.msi prep=schema
am getting the following message :
windows cannot find the "c:\setup\i386\rtcsrv.msi" make sure u typed the name correctly.....................
what should i do
?
