Here is what I suggest you try:

Disable System Restore: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310405

Remove the following items in HiJack This:
Quote:
C:\DOCUME~1\Sammy\LOCALS~1\Temp\ukuoa.exe

C:\DOCUME~1\Sammy\LOCALS~1\Temp\winyvxhch.exe

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://toolbar.ask.com/toolbarv/askRedi ... toolbar=BT

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [snp2uvc] C:\WINDOWS\vsnp2uvc.exe

O7 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System, DisableRegedit=1

Reboot the computer and see if they return. If they do reboot into Safe Mode by restarting the computer and pressing F8 during start up. Run MalwareBytes while in Safe Mode. Reboot once you fix whatever items are found.

If they are still there go ahead and download combofix and give that a try. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofi ... e-combofix

Do you use bit torrent^^? If not, delete it.

O7 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System, DisableRegedit=1

That's your regedit problem. ^^

You might as well uninstall Norton. Obviously it's worthless. It it were any good, you wouldn't be posting here.
