A virus?

I have a virus thing, in photo you can see it . It affects usually usbs , any ideas how to remove it?

I assume by your screen shot you are talking about the AUtOplAy under the OPEN option?

Yes i am talking about the autoplay, and it affects usb to make the folders and some files in the usb unusable..
