Hello. Most people find the UAC prompts annoying, however I do not. I find them a good idea. Although they do prompt you to "Continue". Is there a way to make it request a password/fingerprint? They way it is currently configured anyone can select "Continue" without realizing the consequences...thus I would like for myself to be the only one capable of making that decision.

Does anyone know of a quick solution to this? Thank you very much.

If you set your PC to ask for a user name and password after it boots, then you are already the only one who can make the decision since no one else can login as you.

Most people set their PCs to boot directly to the desktop without asking for a user name and password. That's compromising the security.

It currently requests username/password + biometric authentication, but I was hoping that there would be a simple option to do this for UAC. Thanks though Don2007.
