Hi!

Is there anyway that I can make my web browser block unwated sited by their meta tags or similar? like porn sites etc.

This is multiple user computer, so other users keep downloading and viewing porn on my computer, eventhough I've told them not to.

I know I can restric areas in IE and on my firewall, but then I have to type in all the urls of the pages they are visiting. Can I use wildcards? Or perhaps, does anyone know where I can find a host.file which blocks porn sites??

Help, anyone???

(I run win xp)

Hi SBTM,

IE/Spyad places over 4000 websites and domains in the IE Restricted list which will severely impair attempts to infect your system. It is free.

More info and download is available at:
IE/Spyad: https://netfiles.uiuc.edu/ehowes/www/resource.htm

It won't block all porn sites, but it will block the malicious ones which try to put auto-diallers on your p.c.
