Win 7 Temp file

In C:\ there are 2 .tmp files

one name is BroAD31.tmp and the other BroA87D.tmp both created on 2 different dates and i'm curious to know what would cause it.

They are both 0 bytes too.

They are simply widows temp files as they are of 0 KB size. So, don;t worry. It is most likely to be created by a Windows program.
