Win32/Rootkit.Podnuha.BSD trojan

I have Eset Smart Security, and when I open a number of programs (including FireFox, My Documents, and a few others so far) it displays:

Threat:
Win32/Rootkit.Podnuha.BSD trojan


So far I notice no problems in any programs, or any other areas. Eset quarantines the attack before it can do anything, but I have to restart my computer to remove the files, however, the trojan is still there and does the same thing when I start opening programs again.

Is there anyone who can help me with this? I don't know what to do...and am afraid to run SpyBot or anything else, cus I don't know how important the acctresj.dll is, but since it's in the WINDOWS folder, I'm sure it's rather vital..

Trojans hide in system32 sometimes. Delete those 2 entries.^^

That did not help, I got the same system warning when I booted back out of safe mode and opened my browser...

Yeah I'm scanning now, its up at 5. I used SpyBot earlier but I guess it didn't clean well enough..
