Window XP is it possible to partition without third party

I have a pc that has Windows XP already instatalled on it. Does XP have a utility to partition your hard drive without having to reinstall OS and partition w fdisk

no, it can't be done with out other software, I believe. If you have another partition aside from the xp, you could break that up into other partitions in xp though

Give a look into Partition Magic. It used to be owned by Powerquest, but is now owned by Symantec. It's worth the investment.
