Windows 2008 server Permissions

Dear All,
i have one windows 2008 running as domain controller and file server, i want to apply some permissions on the folders that no one can create any file or folder outside the folder hierarchy e.g
i have main folder A -> which contain folders B, C, D and E and now al these folder B,C, D and E contains folders X, Y, Z. permission which is required is that, no one can create any file or folder under A, B, C,D and E users will allowed to create only in X and Y. Z also have three more directories which are S, D and F now still the same permission required that uder the Z folder no one able to create any file or folder,

Mirate properties users folder and click the tab Security gives the permissions that you think appropriate. A greeting
