I noticed that under system/advanced/user profile settings. I have an unknown account other then my own. the account is called "unknown acount" It will not let me delete this account and it says the account was updated today. This unknown user account does not show up when i log on or off. Is this normal to have an unknown account? or is this a problem? if so how can i fix it?

my OS is windows XP home edition

thanks

well how big is it? and are u the account manager? do you have winXp home or proffesional? i think windows proffesional has that. I dont see much harm in deleting it if its not your account... after all if you arent using it then it's not gunna hurt any to delete it unless it has something to do with XP pro so im not totaly sure.
