Windows 7 64-bit

Having trouble finding the info I need. Do all versions of W7 (i.e. home, professional, premium, ultimate) have the option to install 64-bit? Or is it only specific versions? Or perhaps you have to get a 64-bit of the install type...I don't know. XP had windows pro 64, but it also had windows pro 32. With W7 I'm not sure which ones are which or what.
