Windows Booting Issue

I recognize that when i turn on my computer (Windows XP Home SP2) and immediately login, this error comes up!
which also affects the loading of another system startup E-dictionary program!
Both the USDM (Hardware Monitor Utility for Epox-8RDA3+ Board) and my E-Dictionary executes at system startup...
If i leave the system before loging in for about 45secs or more no error is encountered!
Would anyone know a solution to this? I'm starting to think that it might be a RAM issue? but i would appreciate any comments or enlightment!

Have you tried using msconfig, to disable your E-dictionary from starting up when your system is booting up. The two programs could be conflicting with one another. Just an Idea
