Windows cannot load due to missing or corrupt registry files

how do you get an error message that says windows cannot load due to missing or corrupt registry files this is a laptop bought yesterday new that was not setup before inserting the windows disc I need to get back to the original set up page

If it's a new laptop, bring it back to the store.

I had a similar problem with a desktop pc. Gone back and they replaced with new one. Do the same.
