Zealous, the BSODs are pretty much a thing of the past since Windows 7. I rarely ever see them anymore.

I have high hopes for Windows 8, I really like the direction Microsoft is going as long as they do it right.

Build multiple UI's into an OS and pave the way for devices that act as a "desktop" and can then be undocked and used as a tablet (think streamlined version of Asus Transformer).

I like the idea of a quad core tablet with 2-4 gigs of ram that I can set in a docking station at home with 2 monitors, keyboard and mouse. It gives me the standard windows UI, but when I undock it auto switches to the "metro" or tablet UI. I personally see this as the future of computing. Although it will take time to be adopted by professional industry, I see general use audiences and even more serious gaming and design groups jumping on board.

Of course, thats assuming Microsoft makes it properly. Which is always a large assumption. :)
