I think because of power fluctuations my drives are damaged. I did a scan using a software called Active Smart and it reported many errors in my drive.. Can you guys please suggest me a software to scan and remove these errors ?

If your drives are damaged the only fix is to buy new ones and invest in a good surge protector and battery backup to deal with your power problems.

But isnt there any software which would just fix them for me? Or maybe it could block parts of hard drive which are damaged something like that?

Download the diagnostic tools from the manufacturer of the drives. Boot with the disc you create with them and run it. That should tell you if they are salvageable.
