Windows XP Network HELP

Hi

Im experiencing problems with my HomeNetwork.

some how i started not to be able to go shared documents on other pc i got. i click on the " Local Area Connection " right click and repair. before it said

"invalid ip Adress and refreshing all DHCP leases and Re-Registering DNS names"

However i manually configured my ip adress to 192.168.02 (which is in order) But i stil get the DHCP leases Error. Any help? im usin winxp and connected to others by Network Hub/ and other 2 pc can connect to each other..

please help..

You typed 192.168.02 above. (Is that a typo or the way you entered it in your computer's properties)

It should be 192.168.0.2

sorry ive typed it wrong in the forum. it is 192.168.0.2

Thanks for your time and help. My Tcp/ip settings got lost which wouldnt let me browse the net either. After along talk and tryin everything i found the simple solution in the Might " SYSTEM RESTORE "
