Windows Security Log Monitor....

For Windows domain admins, I just found this tool:

Apparently turns the event log into something approaching readable! Mainly the security log. Says it gives some form of intrusion detection as it can email you repeated logon failures etc. Not tried it yet, but will post more info if I get a minute to try it.

According to their info, its a full copy for 30 days then turns into "limited freeware" after that which seems to mean you can use it on one server & 5 workstations, which can't be bad in my book!

Put a proper email address in as it mails you a trial code.
