It seems I have some programs that when tasked go to the taskbar instead of the systems tray. I'd like these programs to go to the systray, but I don't see where the program has an option, for instance, in OUTLOOK I found the setting to tell the program what to do when minimized. Do I need to install some 3rd party minimizing tool to aid in this? One program tasks just fine in Windows XP, but goes to my taskbar on my Windows 7 machine. Is there a setting fix for this on Win7 or a key change in the registry per program? Thanks.

Yes, I was looking right over it. So, something like this by default in Windows 7 tasks to the taskbar. The program did have an option to task to system tray. Thanks for the response.
